潘瑞,男,博士,讲师,2020年获得中国科学技术大学博士学位,2020年08月起在湘潭大学自动化与电子信息学院从教至今,主要从事电动汽车/储能电站电池建模与状态估计、大规模退役电池快速检测与梯次利用、能源系统管理与优化等方面研究,发表学术论文40余篇,主持或参与中央引导地方科技发展专项、国家自然科学基金、湖南省重点研发计划、湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省教育厅、产学研合作等科研项目20余项,现为IEEE PES电动汽车技术委员会充换电技术分委会理事,中国自动化学会系统仿真专业委员会委员,中国仿真学会智能仿真优化与调度专业委员会委员,IEEE会员,AE/ENG/TTE/EAAI/EAI/TIM/ JES等SCI期刊审稿人。
